Calcium deficiency can lead to various neurological problems and headache. About 90% of our body calcium is stored in teeth and bones. If calcium is low, it can cause toothache and bone pain. Depression, insomnia and dementia can also occur. Calcium is essential for the proper functioning of the heart. If it is getting low, the heart rate will increase. Calcium helps the heart to pump blood.

Calcium deficiency, Bleeding, Weakness of Heart. Cally is also given during the rapid growth of infants and adolescents to compensate for calcium deficiency in the diet, during pregnancy and lactation.

Adult: 1-2 tablet 1-2 times daily.

Children: 1/2-1 tablet 1-2 times daily or as directed by physician.

There is no significant side effect has been observed according to the dosage guideline.
